Keeping financial information secure is one of our most important responsibilities. Creative Management Company maintains procedural, physical and electronic safeguards to protect owner’s and tenant’s information. Appropriate employees are authorized to access owner and tenant information for business purposes only. Employees are bound by a code of ethics that mandate the use of confidential information and are subject to disciplinary action if they fail to follow this code.

Collected Information

Information collected about you will be used to service your account, save you time, and better respond to your needs. Information is categorized in the following ways:

Identification Information – Information that identifies you, such as name, address, unit address, telephone numbers, vehicle information and social security number.

Transaction Information – Information about your transaction, as well as information about our communications with you. Examples include account balances, payment history and your inquiries and responses.

Automatic Check Handling (ACH) Banking Information – Information about your banking institution that you have provided for use in ACH. This information is only collected when you apply for Creative Management’s ACH program. This information includes bank name, type of account, routing number and account number.

Bank Account Verification Information – Information that is used to verify payments made through the lockbox system are applied to the correct account. This includes information on checks sent by individuals or third party bill payment services.

Managing Your Information

Creative Management may share information with other companies as needed in the course of business operation. For example: some identification class information may be shared with contractors so they may contact you in the course of making repairs requested by you or the Board of your community. ACH Banking information may be shared with the banking institution in the course of processing the transaction by ACH. Sharing of any class of information is only for business reasons.

Any class of information may be shared with Governmental Agencies as required by local, state, or federal laws, or when protecting actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions.

Making sure Information is Accurate

Keeping your information accurate and up to date is very important. You have access to your account information through various means, such as account statements, website requests, and in response to a specific request. If any information is incorrect or incomplete, you may correct the information on this website, or in writing at the address below.
